• Generate and publish social media content on your behalf
• Train AI models on your brand voice (your data only, never shared)
• Send you service-related communications
• Process payments and manage your subscription
• Detect and prevent fraud and abuse

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the platform (payment processing via Paddle, cloud infrastructure via Cloudflare, AI providers for content generation). All service providers are bound by data processing agreements.

4. Social Media Data

When you connect your social media accounts, we access only the permissions necessary to publish content on your behalf. We use OAuth 2.0 for authentication and never store your social media passwords. You can revoke access at any time from your account settings or directly from the social platform.

5. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI is created specifically for your account and is not shared with other users. Your brand voice training data is used solely to improve content generation for your account and is not used to train models for other users.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS 1.3), encryption at rest, and secure access controls. Our infrastructure is hosted on Cloudflare's global network with built-in DDoS protection and edge security.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention).

You have the right to:
